The former drummer for the 1970s Swedish disco group ABBA has died. The Spanish news agency EFE reports that Ola Brunkert was found by a neighbor in the garden of his home on the Spanish island of Mallorca on Sunday. A police spokeswoman tells BBC News the death appears to have been accidental. She explains that it looks as if Brunkert bled to death from a wound to his throat that may have been the result of smashing a pane of glass. Brunkert was 62. While ABBA broke up about 25 years ago, the band still reportedly sells more than two-million albums a year. The group's hits include "Dancing Queen," "Take a Chance On Me" and "Waterloo," while the Broadway musical "Mamma Mia!" is based on ABBA's songs. A big screen version of the production, starring Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan, is expected to be released this summer.
